    1.3.11 Multipurpose Equipment

    Multipurpose equipment is any equipment designed to a standard specification to lift a variety of loads up to the marked SWL (see section1.3.17 Single Purpose Equipment), i.e. used for general (multi) purposes, and not designed for one specific lifting application.
