6.12 TRAINING

In addition to the training requirements specified in section 6.12 TRAINING of this code, operative training should take into account the manufacturer’s instructions for installation and use and, in particular, operatives must fully understand the controls of the hoist, with special attention being paid to remote controls and emergency stop procedures.
